Marvellous location, the hotel was impressive and fairly clean. The staff team was welcoming. The unit we got was spotless with a double bed, the views over Benidorm, as example. The service offered was outstanding. The snack bar was busy! Enjoyed our really really nice stay there a lot.

Impeccably clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful close to the Poniente beach, a taxi rank and the restaurant below the reception. Got brand-new and well-equipped double room with amazing views when arrived, liked that. The breakfast with water by the bottle and juices, as example was nice hot, had so much to choose from.

I booked a double room for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. Separate bathrooms, that included a bidet. The hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, just next door to a lovely beach, bar and restaurants. After long day I visited Paradise Bar for a couple of drinks.

Rooms with balcony had a quiet atmosphere. The hotel was in an incredible location so close to the upstairs restaurant rather than the downstairs one and the centre in Benidorm. I ate at the tapas restaurant near the venue.
